Inspection and quality control are two of our biggest priorities.In order to meet customer’s requirements,Top Machining purchased advanced inspection equipments. From design to delivery, all parts produced in the shop are verified for accuracy by the strict standard.

To ensure each part meeting your requirements, from raw material to shipment, we have strict quality control system. In short, they are 4 steps:
◆ IQC (Incoming QC for raw material)
◆  IPQC (In-Process QC)
◆  FQC (Final QC after parts produced)
◆  OQC (Outgoing QC before shipment)
